Nancy Mitchell is the heart and guiding light of Natura Realms.

Her love affair with the healing power of nature began in the mid-1990s and has never wavered. A Reiki Master Teacher and lifelong herbal enthusiast, Nancy followed the call westward to California, where she served as Natural Living Manager for Wild Oats Markets. There, immersed in sunlight and possibility, she helped open two flourishing stores and deepened her mastery of herbs, nutritional supplements, Ayurveda, and holistic well-being alongside some of the industry’s most passionate pioneers.

Returning to her beloved East Coast, Nancy brought her wisdom and warmth to Vermont’s Healthy Living Market as a valued member of the leadership team, continuing to touch countless lives with her knowledge and care. Motherhood soon opened a new, sacred chapter; she earned a Master of Education and Waldorf Teaching Certification, devoting nearly two decades to nurturing young children and their families with the same gentle reverence she has always shown the plant kingdom.

Throughout these seasons, Nancy never strayed far from her calling. She continued to serve the natural-products world as a trusted broker, a certified Bioenergetic Health Coach, and, most recently, as an essential member of a respected natural pharmacy on the New Hampshire Seacoast.

Today, as she completes her formal training as a Clinical Herbalist, Nancy pours a lifetime of learning, healing, and love into Natura Realms. With an artist’s eye and a healer’s heart, she curates an exquisite collection of the finest natural products and gifts—each chosen to soothe the senses, nourish the body, and uplift the spirit.

Jon Mitchell, co-owner and behind the scenes financial wizard. Although he holds a full-time position with another company, he spends nights and weekends split between managing our books and doing property improvement videos on his tractor. His love for spreadsheets comes close to rivaling his love for his fire pit and his beautiful gardens.
