Community Giving at Natura Realms

Supporting the community that supports us is deeply important to Natura Realms. Since opening our doors, we have been grateful to contribute gift cards, products, gift baskets, and other donations to local schools, nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, fundraisers, and causes doing meaningful work throughout our region.

As a small, locally owned business, however, our charitable giving budget is limited—and we receive more requests than we are able to fulfill.

To help us thoughtfully and equitably consider each opportunity, all donation and sponsorship requests must now be submitted through our Community Donation Request Form at least 30 days before the donation is needed.

We review requests based on several factors, including the organization or initiative being supported, how funds will be used, community impact, alignment with Natura Realms’ values, our existing charitable commitments, and our available monthly giving budget.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that Natura Realms will be able to participate. Because our giving budget is established in advance, we may need to decline wonderful and worthwhile causes simply because our donation allocation for that period has already been committed.

Whenever possible, we prioritize organizations and initiatives that support:

  • Health, wellness, and access to supportive resources

  • Children, families, and education

  • Environmental stewardship and connection with the natural world

  • Food security and basic community needs

  • Local nonprofit and community organizations

  • Programs serving Amherst and the surrounding Southern New Hampshire community

Donation requests are reviewed individually, and Natura Realms reserves the discretion to determine which organizations, events, and initiatives we are able to support.
