Our Apothecary Guides are at the heart of the Natura experience.

This is a customer-facing retail position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and is excited to continually learn about herbalism, supplements, natural body care, wellness products, artisan goods, and the many makers and brands represented throughout Natura.

While an existing interest in herbs and natural wellness is wonderful, working at Natura is about much more than a love of plants.

Apothecary Guides are retail professionals. Throughout a typical shift, you may move between welcoming and assisting customers, learning about products, operating our point-of-sale system, restocking merchandise, maintaining beautiful displays, preparing customer experiences, keeping the shop exceptionally clean and organized, packaging products, and noticing the many small things that need attention throughout the day.

We are a small team, so every person matters.

Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, herbal, supplement, or natural-products experience is valuable, but we also recognize that the right person can bring transferable skills, curiosity, maturity, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Availability

Our greatest staffing needs include weekend availability, and applicants who are regularly available on Saturdays and/or Sundays will receive priority consideration.

Some weekday availability is also helpful.

We currently have opportunities for both permanent part-time and seasonal team members as we prepare for our busy autumn and holiday seasons.

Specific scheduling needs and anticipated weekly hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Our shop is intentionally warm, beautiful, organized, and elevated, and maintaining that environment is a shared responsibility. From the way a customer is greeted to the way merchandise is arranged, a package is wrapped, a shelf is replenished, or the shop is left at the end of the day, we believe small details communicate care.
